1. What is my skin type?

There are a few different skin types—normal, dry, oily, combination and sensitive. To determine the exact type of skin you have, book a personal skin consultation with our beauty coach today or visit any of our stores for a professional skin analysis.

2. Can I use multiple products from DR.KO Dermaceutical in my routine?

Absolutely! Our products are designed to complement each other. For a personalised skincare routine, visit our store today. 

3. What steps should I take if I experience irritation or an allergic reaction?

Discontinue use immediately and consult with a healthcare professional. If you have concerns about a specific ingredient, please check the product's ingredient list or seek assistance from our beauty coach in-store.

4. I have really sensitive skin - can I use DR.KO Dermaceutical skin essentials?

Yes, many of our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. However, we recommend performing a patch test before incorporating any new product into your routine.

5. How to patch test a product?

To patch test a new skincare product, apply a small amount of the product on the inside of your wrist and wait 24-48 hours to see if there's any reaction. Do this for each new product and if you're unsure, reach out to our customer service.

6. At what age do I start anti-aging regimen?

The ideal age to start anti-aging treatments is in your early 20s. Consistent skincare habits, including sunscreen and moisturising, are key for glowing skin.

7. How long does it take to see results?

Results may vary from person to person. Consistency is key for optimal results.

8. Are DR.KO Dermaceutical products cruelty-free?

Yes, all products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals and our ingredients are ethically sourced.

9. Can I use DR.KO Dermaceutical if I am prone to breakouts and acne?

Yes, our skincare products are formulated to address various skin concerns, including breakouts and acne. We recommend consulting with our beauty coach before introducing new products into your routine 

10. Are DR.KO Dermaceutical products trusted by dermatologist?

Yes, our brand is founded by a dermatologist. Dr Ko Chung Beng, dedicated 17 years to dermatology in the UK before returning to Malaysia in 1994. Leading the Dermatology Department at Seremban Hospital until 1997, his extensive experience and expertise are embedded in our brand, ensuring a trusted foundation in skincare.

1. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our app or website, select the desired products and add them to your cart. Follow the checkout process to provide shipping information and payment details.

2. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment methods from credit cards to e-wallets and online banking.

3. Does DR.KO Dermaceutical provide Cash On Delivery (COD) service?

Cash On Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

4. How can I check the status of my order?

We will send you an email to let you know when your order has been shipped and is on its way.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

6. Is there a minimum order requirement?

No, we do not have a minimum order requirement. You can purchase any quantity of products based on your preferences.

7. Is there free shipping available?

Yes, orders above RM300 are eligible for complimentary shipping.

8. What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

We apologise for any inconvenience. Contact our customer support with your order number and details and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

9. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is confirmed, it enters our processing system quickly. Therefore, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact our customer support immediately for assistance.

10. Does DR.KO Dermaceutical offer international shipping?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively exploring options to expand our services, so stay tuned for new updates!
