RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Changed your mind or encountered an issue with your order? Learn how easy it is to initiate a return for your complete satisfaction.

1. For any incorrect or defective items, the product(s) must be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging where it is unopened, unmarked or undefaced in any manner.
2. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
3. This return policy does not apply to items that have been stated as NON-refundable on any DR.KO Dermaceutical online or offline store.
4. We do not offer refund in case of change of mind or incorrect purchase.
5. If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount i.e. paid price for the product(s) less the coupon amount as indicated on the receipt. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.
6. Kindly email us your order number along with information on the incorrect product to dermaceuticalcs@drkoskincare.com.
7. DR.KO Dermaceutical reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where (i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or (ii) there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.
8. If DR.KO Dermaceutical decides to approve any requests for refund or returns, we reserve the right to perform remedies including: 

• A refund to the PayPal or bank account that you originally used to make your payment, or 
• 1 to 1 product exchange 

 9. Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be subject to a damaged goods fee at our sole discretion, or be sent back to you with no refund issued.

10. DR.KO Dermaceutical reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
