Shipping Destinations

1. Shipping is only available within Malaysia and please note any shipment to PO boxes are not available at the moment.
   

Handling Process

1. All orders are processed within 3 – 5 working days upon confirmed payment. 
   
2. Customer will be notified through email once the Order has been dispatched. 
   

Shipping Charges

1. Fees may vary according to weight of shipment and destination.
   
2. Price listed below includes fuel surcharge and 6% GST for shipping, NOT inclusive 6% GST of the value of the goods: 
   

Tracking Order

1. For courier deliveries, you can track the status of your order at any time using the tracking number we have provided in your email.

Delivery Time

1. Orders are packed and shipped from Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and selected holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. All the goods will be delivered by our third-party delivery provider, hence DR.KO Dermaceutical shall not be held responsible for any delay.
3. Delivery times stated during the order process are estimates and may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items ordered.
4. Under normal circumstances, the Order will be delivered within 3 – 5 business days.
5. If you have not received the Order within the estimated delivery time, you should contact us via our Customer Call Centre line or email us at dermaceuticalcs@drkoskincare.com.
6. For home delivery, make sure someone is available at the time of delivery to receive the order or set to an alternative delivery address (office). We shall not be held liable of the failure delivery.
